Objective: to improve database of WBC measurements in the period of 1987-1994. Methods: mathematical, dosimetry. Results: It was carried out the analysis of information from WBC measurements database (DB WBC) of 137Cs performed in 1987-1994 (200,977 measurements). Fullness of each DB filed were specified quantitatively and qualitatively. Content of separate fields (MDA, error of measurement, device, etc.) requires specification. For the differences (field "type device") in an e-database and primary paper sources, were amended in the means of measurement classifier and in the appropriate DB fields. Analysis of hardware base of WBC measurements made it possible to restore the value of MDA for specific database records. Depending on the fields filling and information quality all DB records have divided into 3 groups - high-quality (56.4%), qualitative (14.6%), of low quality (29.0%). It was specified the percentage increase of high-quality and qualitative records over the years. There are identified more than 18 th. records, mostly 1987-1990 years, on paper, which are not included in the electronic database, but they can be useful for further research. Analysis of a set of interrelated fields of 137Cs activity and MDA included establishing categories and groups of reliability of measurement results. For WBC records of Category 2 (non-zero-filled fields 137Cs activity and MDA) the calculation of individual annual internal dose using the results of WBC measurements was made. There were considered two variants: a) with the coefficient of "dosa per unit content" of radioactive cesium in the body and body mass in WBC record; b) depending on the age coefficients "dosa per unit intake" and the residence half-life from the body according to the recommendations of the ICRP. The calculation results of both variants were compared with doses values from DB WBC. Specific stages of revised DB WBC formation for the period of 1987-1994 were indicated.
