Aim - to develop a new technology of differentiated treatment of patients with respiratory sarcoidosis based on the study of the physical condition, the quality of life of cured persons, and risk factors unfavorable current of the disease. Methods - clinical, computed tomography of the lungs, spirometry, determination of blood gas composition. It is established that in individuals underwent sarcoidosis stage III in 2 times more often determined by pneumofibrosis, violations ventilation function and diffusion capacity of the lungs there are 3 times more frequently than in patients who underwent sarcoidosis stage II.
