Aim - to increase the effectiveness of treatment in patients with obstructive lung diseases. Methods - questionnaires, clinical, functional, statistical. It was demonstrated that the presence of SOAHS burdens of asthma course, which is manifested by uncontrolled disease. The basic clinical and functional features of asthma in combination with SOAHS were determined. The indication for the addition of non-drug method - auto-CPAP-therapy to basiс drug therapy in patients with asthma combined with SOAHS were worked out, thus enhancing the effectiveness of treatment in 75,0 %. A new method of treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in conjunction with depressive episodes was worked out, achieving the clinical and functional efficiency - 86,7 %. It was designed and tested method of diagnosis of hypercapnia in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, the application of which improvе diagnostic accuracy of 40,0 %.
