G. Yanovsky NAMS of Ukraine" popup.description2 Object: 211 children with bronchial asthma (BA). Aim - to establish the clinical course of asthma in children depending on polymorphism gene associations, characteristics of somatotype and efficiency of treatment. Methods - clinical, questionnaires, genetic, functional, immunological, statistics. It is determined that the frequency of severe bronchial asthma (BA) increased 2.5 times since the age of the child. Severe BA more characteristic of children with disharmonious development (85,0 %), especially microsomal somatotype (70,0 %) and/or overweight on the background voltage or poor adaptation of the body's defence system (70,0 %). Heavy over 2.3 times more likely to develop on the background of vagotomy dystonia of the autonomic nervous system, in comparison with mild asthma. Vegetative index or index Kerdo can be used as a risk factor for the development of severe ad in children. Defined unmodified risk factors for development of severe forms of ad in children according to the results of molecular genetic studies. The presence of a functional allele or deletion of the GSTM1 gene polymorphism affects the severity of ad in children, and the criterion for predicting the course of ad in children, starting with moderate severity, can be GSTP1 gene. It is determined that the level of reversibility hyperresponsiveness of the Airways depends on the controllability and severity of the disease. The features of immunological reactivity in children with different accountability BA and defined immunological risk factors of severe ad in children. Sphere of application - pediatry, pulmonology, allergology Product Description popup.authors
