The dependence of the resonance frequency on the thickness of the working gap is investigated, it is shown that the method of transverse incision is limited to measurements of permeability and thickness of the sample, which requires determination of thresholds. It is shown that the method has high sensitivity in measuring the microwave dielectric parameters of materials. The research of new single-crystal material DyScO3, SmScO3, TbScO3, specially designed as a material for intense films. The research of nanometer films BamSmnTiO3 and BaTimZrnO3, modified MgO, on polikorovyh substrates. Computer simulation and calculation parameters of these objects.
