It is revealed that at the neuropathy the microangiopathy is the reason of trophic frustration. Biochemical, rheological and patomorfologic changes are characterized by the same manifestations. It is shown that by means of the elasticity module fabrics of a plantar surface of the foot and index of a comorbidity it is possible to predict results of treatment of these patients. Efficiency of application of the intramedulary blocked nail for the purpose of stabilization of rearfoot at patients with neuropathic arthropathy of the foot and the modified transtibial amputation at patients with trophic disorders of the lower extremity because of damage of peripheral nerves is shown.
