The polishing electrolyte solution contains orthophosphoric acid (d = 1 85 g / dm3 and 49 vol.%) and triethanolamine (2.4 g / dm3). Engineering solutions of and electropolishing conditions for needles in devices which ensure uniform surface polishing, reduction of their roughness and defurting after mechanical treatment have been developed. Engineering solutions of electrochemical treatment by nonstationary electrolysis are proposed, which ensure uniform surface treatment of needles in bulk.
