A description of the intercomparisons between the experimental and theoretical studies of aperiodic and quasi-periodic processes (wave disturbances) in geospace is presented. Models for high-energy phenomena in geospace as a system are briefly described. The subject of this report is high-energy processes and phenomena in the Earth-atmosphere-ionosphere-magnetosphere system caused by high-energy radio emissions from remote radio systems and concurrent natural high-energy processes. The object of the research is theoretical, experimental, and empirical models of processes and phenomena caused by high-energy radio emissions from remote radio systems and concurrent natural high-energy processes. The methods of the research are experimental and theoretical studies, computer simulation and empirical modeling. The research results are experimental and theoretical studies of, theoretical and empirical modeling of high-energy processes in the Earth - atmosphere - ionosphere - magnetosphere system. These results could find an application in forecasting space weather variations and their consequences, in the operation of radar, radio navigation, and telecommunication systems, electric power grids, etc., and impacts on human health.
