The typological model of gender identity structural organization and the mechanisms of their socialization are revealed during the investigation; types and gender features of modern youth lifestyle's construction are defined; types of psychological readiness for motherhood at modern girls and sex-role factors of motherhood sphere formation are defined; sex-role structure of the "emotional coldness" symptom-complex is identified and gender factors influence on psychological intimacy relationships formation are established. The psychological diagnosis method of personality's sex-role sphere - "Structural sex-role scale" was developed and integrated into the learning process of the V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and the National Aerospace University "KHAI".
