Karazin popup.description2 The regularities of the formation of the ultrasonic Doppler response that improves the accuracy of methods for determining the flow of blood at ultrasonic diagnostic studies was established. An ultrasound technique for determining blood flow with improved accuracy was offered. It is proved that the instantaneous power of the Doppler signal allow to determine the time variation of the diameter of the blood vessel. For soft biological tissues a method for determining the elastic moduli, based on an analysis of the integrated power Doppler response was proposed. A model of the ultrasonic Doppler response of muscle fiber during isometric contractions was developed. A dynamic model of contraction of muscle tissue, which takes into account the viscous friction force between the sarcomeres was developed. Experimental and model amplitude-frequency characteristics of the active elements of the muscle sarcomere during correlated and uncorrelated motion for isometric muscle contractions have the same character. Within the developed fluctuation model the computer simulation, which describes well the random nature of the muscle sarcomere and myofibrils contractions during isometric contractions was carry out. Based on the above models the spectral Doppler ultrasound method for studying muscle contractions was proposed. The proposed method has greater clinical efficacy because it is non-invasive and provides an opportunity to research individually selected groups of muscle fibers. To improve the existing optical glucose biosensors the pyridine and phenazine derivatives for detection of glucose were tested. The oligomerization of lysozyme on a membrane matrix in order to develop new methods for the identification of amyloid fibrils and study of their formation in membrane systems by inductive-resonance energy transfer method was studied, and the molecular volume of the protein in the fibrillary state was defined. It has been shown that increasing the lipid content of anionic phosphatidylglycerol aggregation leads to an increase in capacity of lysozyme and denser packing of the protein monomer in the cluster. The essential advantages aminobenzantronovyh compounds AM1 and AM2 compared to the classic marker of amyloid thioflavin T. Substantial advantages of aminobenzantrone compounds AM1 and AM2 over the classic amyloid marker Thioflavin T were established. Aminobenzantrone advantages over the classic amyloid marker Thioflavin T arise from the higher efficiency of the protein-dye binding, a high quantum yield in the presence of oligomers and fibrils and low sensitivity to the native protein.
