The object of research is the process of formation of "green" economy organizational-economic model in the context of spatial (regional, national, international). The subject of the research is theoretical, methodological and organizational bases of "green" economy as an ideology of "green" growth in the modernizational strategy of Ukraine. Research Methods: Economics and statistics, dialectical, synergistic, scientific abstraction, spatial and dynamic contrast, graphic-analytical and mathematical; systemic and structural-functional approaches etc. Informational base of the study are the results of previous scientific developments in this sphere, legislative and regulatory documents, statistical analyzes of ministries and agencies, international organizations, works of domestic and foreign economists. Problems of the 2-d phase of the research: - Identification of vectors of "green" economy development in the context of national interests; - Assessment of the geopolitical advantages and regional characteristics of Ukraine within the framework of the "green" economy; - Outlines of the strategy for further ecological and economic reforms and action plan for the development of "green" economy in a spatial context.
