Towards the direction "Institutional factors of the market environment development": For the first time are - identified and systematized the existing structural imbalances in the development of innovative sector of Ukraine economy in terms of international positioning: innovation and competitiveness, innovation and knowledge, innovation and information and communication technologies; - substantiated the methodical approach to assessing the disproportionality degree of development of domestic entrepreneurship's innovative activity, which is based on changes in accounting factors: material and technical base, sources of financing, the financial performance of enterprises; - identified the major disparities network of financial and credit institutionsthat consisting primarily in the uneven regional distribution, a limited set of services provided to entrepreneurs, a large part of the "shadow" sector; - based on the consideration of social entrepreneurship as a potential indicator of socio-economic development of society, are revealed disparities of its development, which consist in: stratification of the population by income, and the "new poor" are capable persons; growth of social injustice; asymmetry of inflationary pressures in the different segments of the population (a quarter higher for the poor); changes in market demand for goods and services; imbalance between the training of personnel for higher education institutions and needs of the economy; asymmetry of the tax burden: the population and business entities (SPD); - substantiated methodical approach to the evaluation of structural shifts in the industrial structure entrepreneurial sector in Ukraine, which based on consideration changes of SPD on indicators such as the number and structure of the SPD employed; volume of sold products (services).
