It is predicted that on the construction site without the construction of drainages the increase of levels of aquiferous horizon will happen under the influence of fencing of foundation pit and pile foundations of the construction of the residential complex. Two variants of charts of drainage are offered for lowering of water-tables. It is recommended before beginning of construction to equip mining hole for monitoring the conditions and characteristics of aquifer waters.
