КD contains requirements for the inspection of meteorological observations at stations, this document is a type of methodological guidance of meteorological network, and provides a set of measures to detect violations of the requirement methods by which conduct meteorological observations and processing of the data. The project is coordinated and submitted to UkrHMTS and CGO for approval in due course.
