Methodology of the study aerosol optical thickness from satellite observations was developed and implemented in software. There was improved the method of trace gases operative researches by satellite measurements. The spatial-temporary dynamics of the most popular greenhouse gases and pollutants, using ground-based observations of World Data Center Tsukubo, observation of ground-based stations AERONET and posts of measurements of nitrogen dioxide in the territory of Ukraine was investigated. Daily monitoring and forecasting of total ozone column and UV radiation on the territory of Ukraine according to both ground and satellite observations was conducted.
