The concept consists in generation and maintenance of an inherent to flow vortical structure with space scales correlated with basic flow parameters. This approach is realized in a form of a number of engineering solutions showing a favorable impact on aerodynamic characteristics due to the separation delay. A new efficient numerical integration algorithm for the equations of viscous liquid motion at moderate Reynolds numbers was developed. For the case of geometric heterogeneity in the form of a square rectangular groove and projection cavity numerical calculations was made for determination the characteristics of the flow and pressure fields for irregularities with different geometries at different Reynolds numbers. Heterogeneity drag in the form of geometric constraints or cavity is defined as the difference between the drag of the flat channel with and without heterogeneity. The results of numerical studies are presented in the form of graphs of the pressure distribution, in different parts of the solid and streamlined surface, and in form of drag coefficients variation from type and geometric sizes of heterogeneity. A mathematical model is built for an essentially nonequilibrium thermodynamic system of soil - energy well - geothermal pump under conditions of temperature and thermal flows continuity.
