The purpose of researches - development of the newest method of decrease of local radiation burn development and radiation ulcer by autotransplantation of fibroblasts and keratinocytes in the wound area, and use of dynamics of content of pro-, and anti-inflammatory cytokines in blood as an indexes of clinical flow, degree and prediction of healing of radiation burn. Methods of researches - cultivation of fibroblasts and keratinocytes, autotransplantation, histology, determination of concentration of interleukins. Results of researches - possibility of decrease development of local x-ray burn is well-proven for 3th degree by spasiouse autotransplantation of fibroblasts, or mixture of fibroblasts and keratocites. It was shown for guinea-pigs deep injection to the area of burn of auto cell in 1 hour, and then each 24 hours after an irradiation during 35 days substantially diminishes the sizes of damage, reduces the degree of inflammatory processes, formation of radiation ulcer decrease destruction of connective tissue matrix . Medical efficiency of autotransplantation by mixture of fibroblasts with keratinocytes substantially greater in comparing to autotransplantation only by fibroblasts.
