It was carried out upgrading of algorithmic and software means of TEC ionosphere modelling using differential unambiguity carrier-phase observations; optimization of the parameters of the proposed TEC model by the chosen criteria was carried out; 2. It was performed estimation and modelling of spatial-temporal TEC ionosphere distribution by dual-frequency carrier-phase GNSS observations on the basis of use of domestic software "OCTAVA"; 3. Tthere was proposed the modified model of zenith tropospheric delays (ZTD), algorithms of ZTD estimation by GNSS signals and subsequent user precision positioning, it was developed a prototype software and mathematical tools, which makes it possible to evaluate ZTD current values with centimeter accuracy using carrier-phase GNSS observations.
