The purpose of work is development and progress of theories and simulation techniques, intended for an optimum management of technological processes, distributing of loadings and planning of repairs of DTS with purpose of increase their efficiency and reliability on the basis of modern information technologies. The methods of scientific researches: methods of mathematical design of DTS; theory of the graphs; probability and mathematical statistics theory; theory of casual processes; methods and facilities of theory of optimization; methods of theory of reliability; simulation techniques; methods of conducting of model imitation experiments with the use of statistical methods of processing of data.
