Objective: the scientific and methodological foundations and practical recommendations to improve the technical level and reliability of turbogenerators when working in elec-tric power systems power systems were established. This is done through the development of the theory and methods of their design based on numerical-field methods of calculations of magnetic fields, modern achievements of computer hardware and software.
