The goal of the work is a study the features of formation of thermoelectric properties when the concentration of electronic phase transitions in solid solutions based on semiconductor compounds IV-VI and V2VI3 and solid solutions of Bi-Sb in bulk and thin film state, as well as in nanocomposite structures, a theoretical justification of the data and making recommendations for their use in the development of highly efficient thermoelectric materials. The research methods are X-ray diffractometry, optical and electron microscopy, measuring of microhardness, kinetic properties. Polycrystals solid solutions and hetero semiconductor alloy based on IV-VI compounds and V2VI3 and bismuth were obtained. Thin film samples IV-VI compounds and solid solutions V2VI3 and bismuth-antimony with different thicknesses of the layers, the type and concentration of charge carriers were prepared. The dependences of the mechanical, galvanomagnetic, thermoelectric and thermal properties of solid solutions based on PbTe, GeTe, SnTe, Bi2Te3, Sb2Te3 and Bi-Sb on the composition, heat treatment temperature were received. The structure, galvanomagnetic and thermoelectric properties of thin-film structures of the compounds PbTe, Bi2Te3 and solid solutions of Bi-Sb, depending on composition, temperature, thickness of the layers were investigated. The results are analyzed in terms of the influence of the concentration electronic phase transitions and self-organization processes on the formation of the thermoelectric properties of solid solutions and thin-film structures based on IV-VI compounds and V2VI3 and Bi, and issued recommendations on the use of these effects to control the thermoelectric characteristics in the development of highly efficient thermoelectric materials.
