The target of the work is the development of theoreticalbasics of energy- and resource saving logistics as energy safety factors for industrial sites. The basic method of investigation is the synthesis of the best available technologies and methods with taking into account the features of industrial sites. The innovation is in development of the energy- and resource saving integrated technologies that forms the base of integrated logistic of industrial sites. Most important results of the work are design methods of optimal ways of the primary and secondary energy resources consumption by sites of different economic sectors, methods of economically grounded integration of complex thermoenergetic systems and implementation of advanced thermal conversion methods for net valuable products and wastes with obtaining saleable products and energy, development of innovative method hazardous substances removal from waste gases.
