The purpose of the work is to elaborate an energy-saving method of potassium carbonate production from the national chemical materials, find out the conditions for the reaction between components of potassium-containing salt and diethylamine, to research the polynomial salt-water system К+, (С2Н5)2NH2+ // Cl-, HCO3- - H2O for wide range of temperatures and concentrations, to determine the technological parameters of salt dissolution by diethylamine, to elaborate the simulation model and the process flow diagram. Research methods: thermodynamical, derivatographic, geometrical and topological design for conception "composition-property", flame-photometrical, X-ray-graphical, mathematical statistics. Based on observation data it was found main rules of the reaction between components of potassium-containing salt and diethylamine, researched polynomial solutions КНСО3 - КСІ - Н2О; [(С2Н2)2NН4 СІ] - [(С2Н5)2NН2] НСО3 - Н2О at temperature 30oC and derived phenomenon of salting out. It was developed diagram of dissolution such systems, determined diethylamine effect on technological parameters of salts dissolution, elaborated the simulation model of (C2H5)2NH stripping. The technological regimes and the process flow diagram of potassium salts production were proposed. There were recommended practical usage of results for inorganic substances production..
