The purpose working out of technology of reception of the CC with application of gaseous CO2; synthesis "nonisocyanate" polyglycol urethanes (PGU) of polymers of line and three-dimensional structure; reception of cold-hardening mixtures (CHM) for foundry production. Methods of research definition of conversion of epoxy groups analytical methods; identification of the receive CC by methods of IR-spectroscopy and NMR spectroscopy; kinetic researches of formation Diels-Alder adducts (D-A) by a method of differential scanning calorimetry (DSK); the urethane formation reaction was investigated using IR-spectroscopy and DSK ; definition of thermal properties of PGU was investigated by methods of DSK and derivatography techniques (DTA and TGA); physical-mechanical properties - behind standard procedures. Results - the kinetics of reaction of urethane formation are investigat, the technological mode of reception "nonisocyanate" of PGU with a complex of the set operational properties are develop; the technology of reception of CHM are develop. Novelty - are develop for the first time the newest technology of synthesis of the CC and PGU, the technology of reception of the CC on the basis of (FGE), soybean or linseed oil with application of CO2 in the presence of new high performance accelerators for the first time are develop; the kinetics of reaction of interaction (FOPCC) with an bis- and tri-maleimides are investigated. The significance of results - are schedule carryings out of production tests and discharge of experimental samples of CHM, and also introduction of results on a contract basis.
