The purpose of work - the definition of the processes leading to the formation of excited par-ticles ejected during ion irradiation of targets with different physical properties; determination of the radiation resistance of multilayer functional structures with tungsten coating to the serial expo-sure to different priority by He + ions and D+; study of the processes of accumulation and thermal desorption of helium and deuterium formation and annealing of radiation defects in tungsten coat-ings; study of chemical compounds on the surface and in the subsurface layers of alloy-hydrogen storage; study of the initial stages of the process of hydrogenation alloys TiFe and Mg2Ni; determination of thermal hysteresis mechanism of light reflection for single crystals of lead tungstate, sap-phire and polycrystalline gold; creating an effective magnetron sputtering system. The types of radiation defects formed by ion irradiation D+ and He+ both individually and sequentially at different priority set their effect on the structural properties and radiation resistance W coatings. The composition of the chemical compounds on the surface of the alloy TiFe Mg2Ni and va-cuum and elevated hydrogen partial pressures in the alloys studied over the temperature range 300 - 1000 K under irradiation with a beam of Ar+ ions with an energy of 8 - 16 keV. The results can be used for the development and implementation of metal hydrides technology storage and transporta-tion of hydrogen. The temperature dependence of the reflection and scattering of light on single crystals of lead tungstate, leucosapphire and polycrystalline gold. The hypothesis of the mechanism of temperature hysteresis reflection of light in these materials. The results of research will be used: to establish a common mechanism of interaction of ions of average energy and matter of different composition; to develop a unified theory of the processes of interaction of ions with matter; the creation of new materials with desired properties are structu-rally materials science; for the needs of hydrogen energy technologies; in the diagnosis of surface and bulk composition of materials.
