Karazin popup.description2 Objects of research: human cell lines and hybrids of Drosophila polytene chromosomes of Drosophila salivary glands, cells of crop plants, Objective: to assess the manifestations of adaptive responses to electromagnetic fields and other stress condition at the cell level and develop methods for assessing this impact. Methods: study of heterochromatin granules quantity (HGQ) and study of the state of plasma membranes in human cells, studying the content of calcium ions in cell by cytofluorometry, studying of the dynamics of puffing activity of giant chromosomes of Drosophila, studying of degree of polyteny in chromosomes of Drosophila, studying the frequency of dominant lethal mutations in Drosophila, the study of viability of Drosophila. Results: The state of chromatin in nuclei and of cell membranes condition change under the influence of ionizing radiation and magnetic and electromagnetic fields. The weakening effect of ?-radiation irradiation in dose of 2 Gy in combination with magnetic field (25 mT) and pre-treatment of microwaves (36.64 GHz) was shown. It was shown that the level of HGQ reveals individual differences in reactions to athletic training; investigated genetic instability in Drosophila Bar line under the influence of ?-radiation, and the impact of age and mating parents delay upon the development and viability of offspring Drosophila; the effect of microwave radiation and constant magnetic field on the redistribution of Ca2 + between the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells was demonstrated Product Description popup.authors В.Страшнюк К.Кузнецов Л.Шакіна М.Грачова Н.Стрижельчик О.Горенська Т.Чешко popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
