Karazin popup.description2 The object of investigation - multicomponent cyclization reactions involving carbonyl compounds and binucleophile reagents - a direct pathway to analogs of biologically active natural compounds; heterocyclization reactions of different unsaturated carbonyl compounds with nitrogen-containing nucleophiles; three-component condensation of arylglyoxals, substituted thioureas and 1,3 dimethylbarbituric acid; 4-chloroalkyl-3,4-dihydropyrimidines; reactions of 4 oksobenz[1,3-f]oksazyn perchlorate and ?-aminoazoles; properties of 3 hydroxychromone derivatives. The aim of the work is to determine the regioselectivity of reactions of chosen unsaturated carbonyl compounds with nitrogen-containing nucleophiles; investigation of fluorescent properties of 3 hydroxychromone derivatives. New cyclocondensation reactions of different unsaturated carbonyl compounds (chalcones, aroylacrilic acids) with nitrogen-containing nucleophiles are investigated. The new 3 hydroxychromone derivatives, wich, by high quantum output of fluorescence and effective proton phototransfer in excited state, are percpective for making up of new effective fluorescent probes.
