Object of investigation is the collection, accumulation and storage of data in environmental databases (DB); subject of investigation is database software for remote monitoring areas; purpose of research is to create an open database for remote check the availability of pollutants; the main tasks that need to be addressed to achieve the goal is to develop a conceptual and logical data models, create physical data model and define restrictions on the integrity of the data in the database. To solve this purpose were used a relational approach to the creation of the database, which provides for the full independence of the data manipulation language that at the level of the control system does not require the development of additional software and is not tied to the structure of the database itself, CASE-tool Erwin, computing equipment. Results given in the report: -developed a conceptual, infological and physical model of data storage for information system of remote recording the presence of contaminants using relational approach to the creation of the database. It will provide an information link between all the data that determine whether there is a risk of formation of foci of aquatic toxicity. Has been further developed algebra description database, which is characterized by using the conversion of Halmos to increase the semantic power of the relational model developed, allowing adequately reflect the semantics of relationships between entities and queries in determining the centers of toxicity remote areas and to formulate rules for the organization of links between data in an open database structure. Information technology has been proposed definition of the centers of the toxicity of aquatic ecosystems, which allows you to change according to the spectral parameters of the test mikroekosistem, which serve phytobenthos and phytoperiphyton obtained by the UAVs, to distinguish the state of homeostasis of the aquatic ecosystem in which there is no accumulation of toxic products of anaerobic decomposition of dead organic substance from the state in which the negative from the viewpoint of biosafety effect is present.
