The aim of a work stage is to create and investigate the rules of data processing for integrated system of atmosphere remote sensing. The experimental investigations of interconnections between the parameters of echo signals and parameters which characterises a state of simulated objectives of acoustic locator are carried out. The new methods that use approximations of the theory of nonlinear processes for the theoretical description of the acoustic signal sensing as well as the methods of usage of modern methods of ultra-wideband signals processing in the problems of development of methods of information extraction for systems acoustic sensing are created. New schematic and apparatus solutions for the improvement of key elements of radiometers at MM and submillimeter range are found. The model of the atmospheric radiation for these wavelengths were selected and tested too. The proposed algorithms of radar measurements of meteorological parameters with high precision are investigated. The proposed method of the radio sensing of atmosphereic dynamic parameters, which allows the use the broadcast signals to measure wind velocity vector at altitudes lower thermosphere mesopause are theoretically graund and improved.
