The aim of work is experimental verification and refinement of nominated scientific positions as well as obtaining the functioning right of the main elements of a comprehensive system for remote sensing of the troposphere. The technique of a model-structural analysis of acoustic sensing echograms is created and formalized confirmation of the hypothesis about the character of spatial distribution some meteorological objects as a turbulent mol in the temperature field is obtained.
