Goal of research: comparative studies of antitumor activity of quinazoline-based alfa-1-blockers and reference listed drug Tarceva, coordination compounds of palladium, bisphosphonates and bacterial lectins with potential antitumor activity, combined effect of traditional cytostatics , interleukin-7, therapeutic effects in the immune system of Propes. In this research all studied quinazoline-derivatives (new and already known, such as Tarceva, Prazosine, Terazosin, Alfuzosin) showed alfa-1-adrenoblocking activity and some antitumor activity. According to results of molecular docking, MTT-assay on human non small cell lung cancer cell line and anticancer activity evaluation on Lewis lung carcinoma allografts it was discovered a range of substances with similar to Tarceva cytostatic activity. In this study it was shown that coordination compounds of palladium with bisphosphonates inhibited proliferation of human osteosarcoma cell line MG63 more than known drug Mebifon. It was shown that anticancer activity of fludinat, fluorouracil delivery form, and combination of cytostatics (Doxorubicin+Cyclophosphamide+fludinat) is higher than activity of fluorouracil and combination (Doxorubicin+Cyclophosphamide+ fluorouracil). The addition of interleukin-7 had no influence on antitumor activity of cytostatics, but reduced alopecia.
