As a result of the research there was defined that the processes of the legal profession in Ukraine is determined by factors of socio-economic and politico-legal nature and generally coincide with those in European countries, consistent with the general laws. Taking into account the goals in the research project and on the basis of the acquired knowledge about the process of transformation of the legal profession in Ukraine the concept of the legal profession in modern Ukraine was formulated according to the need of adaptation to the existing requirements and standards of the European Union of the legal profession.
