It is proved that civil agreement is a mean that removes the possibility of existence of lacunas in civil legislation. The grounds of legal regulation of property relations are discovered, their classification is made. That helps to reflect the compexity and multilevel character of the refulation of property relations. The comparative analysis of the regulation of the property management and the asset management is made. Several proposition on improvement of legal regulation of these relations are made.
