High hydrogen selectivity (80% at total ethanol conversion) was achieved on iron-containing catalysts. Modification of complex oxide MnFe2O4 with alkali metal Na and K improve hydrogen selectivity in the steam reforming of ethanol (SRE) at low temperatures (300-450 °C). The addition of Cs reduces the main parameters of the SRE on MnFe2O4.
