Found that in plowing crop rotations with 217-367,5 kg / ha NPK application on by-products ploughing background with integrated plant protection (including economic levels of harmfulness) under adherence of agrotechnic treatment provided by the reproduction expanded of soil fertility for content of humus, mobile phosphorus, potassium and low ecotoxic load. Next optimization of crop rotation and crops growing technological processes is possible due to the regular liming, improving of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium ratio in the mineral fertilizer for nitrogen predominance in most treatment, micronutrients fertilizers using and involvement of biological factors.
