On the basis of the positive achievements in the emergency departments (emergency department) medical institutions intensive treatment abroad, definition of the optimal structure of personnel and logistics departments emergency hospital ambulance (the BSMP) and intynsyvnoho treatment in Ukraine. Object of study - the department of emergency (emergency) medical care (emergency department) in hospital intensive care and multidisciplinary hospitals Ukraine. After the scientific evaluation of real existing system of emergency medical care (EMD) affected at an early stage of hospital treatment in Ukraine and analyzing experience providing EMD at an early stage of hospital treatment in countries near and far abroad will be determined ineffective components of the system in Ukraine and on the basis of this created above the optimum structure defined need for personnel and technical and material support emergency departments and the method of their legal support.
