Objective: to establish the features of the transformation of nutrients and toxic elements and develop standards anthropogenic load within rural residential areas, consistent with the principles of organic production. Research methods: using laboratory and field methods, mathematical and statistical analysis and comparative computational methods. Long-term observation as ecotoxicological soil, natural water, crop production maintained within residential areas, have tended to increase the concentration of nutrients and toxicants ecotypes elements associated with the common man-made stress in agricultural landscapes, which casts doubt on the possibility of obtaining organic products in within individual estates of residential rural area without the involvement of organic production in the entire landscape.
