Objective: To determine the features of transformation of nutrients and toxic elements and develop standards of anthropogenic load within rural residential areas, consistent with the principles of organic production. Research methods: using laboratory and field methods, mathematical and statistical analysis and comparative computational methods. Long-term observation of the ecotoxicological soil conditions, natural water, crop production, which are conducted within residential areas, found a tendency to increase the concentration of nutrients and toxicants elements ecotypes. This is due to the lateral migration of soil particles, mineral and organic compounds, as well as with high anthropogenic pressure, is the constant radial centrifugal movement of grain, green mass of plants, straw from the surrounding fields in residential areas. To ensure ecological balance in agricultural landscapes with organic production of agricultural products must be met agrochemical parameters and load control of the environment. Prolonged use of the territory in private households with uncontrolled use as a fertilizer and ameliorants: peat, sawdust, chicken manure, cattle manure and pig in different ratios imply a change of agrochemical and toxicological characteristics of the soil, coupled with the deterioration of water quality and production of vegetable growing.
