Aim of study: to establish the features of nutrients and toxic elements transformation and to develop standards of anthropogenic pressure within rural areas, matched to the principles of organic production. Research methods: laboratory and field methods, mathematical and statistical analysis and comparative calculation methods. The utilization of waste liquid contaminated by detergents within rural area in organic agriculture with disturbing of the recommended ways can lead to increase of mineral and organic water-soluble compounds of the soil and to the abrupt increase of their migration ability that makes threat pollution of environment. Waste from oil-fat and malty enterprises can be used as fertilizer in agrocenoses in organic farming. Established that ash from burning sunflower husk obtained at Vinnytsia oil-fat plant as the waste products can be used as fertilize the soil near 1 t / ha annually. Sludge and ash residue crops obtained on Slavuta malting plant can be utilized in agrocenoses with deficient balance of copper and zinc in doses of 2.5 and 2.0 t / ha, respectively.
