There were such objects, studied as hybrid nanosystems and supramolecular structures, based on metal oxides, metalloides, and carbon also.There were such tecniques of study as X-ray phase analysis, IR-, UV-, NMR spectroscopy on protium nuclei, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, electron paramagnetic resonance, electron and optical spectroscopy, differential thermic analysis, viscosimetry, measurement of magnetical, electrical and thermophysical parameters and structural adsorption techniques. There were conception of chemical design established, magnetic-sensitive nanocomposites of multilevel hierarchical nanoarchitecture and medico-biological nanorobots were synthetisyzed and studied, such as: microbiological object recognition in the same media; target delivering of drugs to the those cells and organons and deposition inside of; complex chemo-, immuno-, radiological neutron trapping, hyperthermal therapy and real-time diagnostic techniques. There were nanocomposites developed and applied, as component of new magnetic liquids for clinical and practical usage, at new-founded malignant tumour treatment and new generation of magnetic-driving adsorbents for medical, technical and ecological use.There were technological reglament for production of "Magnetite-U"("Магнетит-У") compound, as nanocomposite base, in the purpose of implementation of study results created. This one has had gave by us to State Plant "Kalush Research and Experimental Plant by Chuiko O.O. ISC, NAS of Ukraine". There were state changes of water nanoclusters in the liver tissue of ones, with NMR spectroscopy on protium nuclei of experimental animals, having Goren carcinoma studied. There were composite system for transdermal injection of antitumour drug, based on nanosilica A-300, doxorubicine (adsorptionally bonded together with DNA), and fullerene C60 created. There were target chemical modification of external nanoporous surface of MSM-4 (МСМ-4) silicas type realized; there are way to enforce possibilities for chemical surface design, proposed and used for nanocontainers for direct delivery, saving and untrapping of drugs controlled. In purpose of alternative nanomaterials preparation of bactericidal and anitumorous properties, compared with nanoparticles of Ag and Au, and there were technique of synthesis and nanoparticle stabilization of Cu and CuO developed. There were model of man-made atom (overatom), which is nanosized quasiatom, structural and quantum dot (QT), described with steric separating electrons and holes theoretically studied. It is established, that at overatom radius ~5 - 30 nm, dependently of nanosystem parameters, external electron number N of QT can be exceeding of order numbers of chemical elements. This is circumstance in possibilities of man-made atoms construction for new types of quantum nanosystems, if principally - quasimolecules (overmolecules) and quasimolecules (overcristals), and those symmetry and lattice period governing of, giving possibility to realize unique physical, chemical effects, those phenomenons and to be creating the new bases in material science. There are technologies and techniques developed currently, consisting in: resource-saving technology for polymer composite material synthesis, filled with carbon nanotubes on the mineral carrier, which being of nature catalyzer, one perspective for production of chemically-, corrosion- and UHF-protect coatings; production technique for functionalized polysiloxane layers on magnetic-driving nanoparticle surface of Fe3O4, to be used as role of active components in both biocatalysis and biosensorics. In the purpose of luminescent nanopowders, coatings, and monitors creation, there were processes of amorphous carbon nanocluster layers production of luminescent properties on pyrogenic silica layer, synthetisized by the way of organic precursors oxidation studied. There were carbon nanocomposites of metallic Ni or Co content or those mixture up to 89% mass., being of perspective ones for resource-saving catalyzers for hydrogene fuel cells.
