Managing competition nucleation rate and growth of a new phase, allows obtaining powders with desired properties. The techniques of surface modification of the barium titanate particles by functional surfactants to form stable suspensions in organic media have been proposed. For each method of film formation, namely, electrophoresis, screen printing and ink jet, film casting composition suspensions and pastes developed separately. The effect of particle size, their chemical composition, slurry concentration, chemical composition of the solvent, the electrodes of the electric field and deposition time for a specific weight, thickness and density of the electrophoretic coating BaTiO3. The composition of BaTiO3 suspensions, powders and the conditions of forming high-quality thin-electrophoretic coating roughness of 0.2-0.3 microns and the particle packing density of 70 to 80% of the theoretical value was found.
