New results of the adaption of micromycetes to chronic ionizing radiation have been obtained. The regularities of Aspergillus versicolor and Paecilomyces lilacinus adaptation to the action of ionizing radiation with the participation of melanin pigments were formulated, and unique changes in the profile of activity of antioxidant enzymes were established. A complex culture on the base of Fusarium sambucinum IMV F-100011 and Mycelia sterilia (white) IMV F-100014 was created; the technology of obtaining of different forms of protein and vitamin supplements was developed. It was shown that damage of rubber technical materials (RTM) by microscopic fungi is accompanied by destruction of their components. It was established for the first time that substance M1 at a concentration of 3% should be added to the composition of RTM to protect them from biological damage.
