Next goals were defined: to find out relations between physiological-biochemical processes and VRN, PPD and E-genes loci of near-isogenic lines of the wheat and soybean; to find out their markers; to establish their role in plant-bacteria interaction, plant development rate under phytochrome activation and under different photoperiodic conditions and on in vitro cell culture. Research techniques: microfield and green-house experiments, in vitro culture, biochemical methods, PCR, gas and liquid chromatography, microbiological methods, statistical analysis. Growth and plant development, production process, carbohydrate and nitrogen methabolism, callusogenesis and morphogenesis in vitro are shown to depend on dominant or/and recessive loci condition of the VRN, PPD and E-genes. Their values under short day and under phytochromes' and kryptochromes' activation were different. The effects of these genes, determined the growth type and photoperiodic sensitivity, are mediated by their participation in plant physiological-biochemical processes.
