The aeroelastic vibration fairing with webbing is calculated. The aeroelastic vibration of two-dimensional plane carrier rocket element is analyzed. The improved analysis dynamic reaction procedure of axisymmetric distribution system under partial actuation pyrotechnic devices is created. The algorithm and software verification is made by means of correlation of data, witch obtained with developed procedure and with standard computer system complex. As example, the carrier rocket adapter is considered. The results field if application is the Ukrainian rocket production enterprises.
