The regularities of deformation mechanisms change, structure formation, phase composition and mechanical properties during deformation using DR and phase transformation had been determined. In alloys based on the Ti-Si system, it were additionally stated the influence of silicide particles on DR, a manifestation of superplasticity and formation of fracture during deformation.
