The purpose of scientific research is substantiation of the scientific and technical research priorities in the sphere of nanotechnology in Ukraine and perspectives of commercialization in the economy. The methods of research are theoretical generalization, analysis, synthesis, mathematical modeling, comparison, mathematical statistics, graphical method, expert methods, content analysis, bibliometric analysis. Prospects and directions of nanotechnology were investigated. The features of commercialization and nanoproduct market development trends were defined. The directions of the state support for development of nanoindustry development were investigated. Research results are used in the practice of public administration, Supreme Council of Ukraine, in the educational process of III-IV accreditation levels universities. Expected proposals on promising areas of research and innovative development and competitiveness of the state, regions and business.
