Essentially new results are obtained: 1. A model of competing magnetic correlations was proposed for BaMn9(VO4)6(OH(2) and proved that this compound may be the newest candidate for a skyrmion-type lattice. 2. A manifistation of magnetoelectric effect in a skyrmion phase of Cu2OSeO3 was revealed in the form of an effective "metallization" of insulator.
