As a result of experimental and theoretical researches refined mathematical model of quality evaluation of raster gray-scale images of electronic copies by using the theory of fuzzy systems with the influence of nonlinear properties of the process of photographic reproduction of microfilm. Developed and perfected experimental software using which held validate the developed method of determining the quality halftone images.
