The Subject of Research is the theoretical, methodological and practical basements of the innovative development of the service sector in Ukraine. The Aim of Research: to summarize and to deep the theoretical and methodological basements of the innovative development of the service sector in Ukraine; to justify the set of practical recommendations for the formation of modern management system to ensure the effective support for innovative development of enterprises and organizations of service sphere in various sectors of economy of Ukraine. The Task of Research: to make an assessment of organizational - managerial and accounting analytical support of innovative development of domestic service industries enterprises; to suggest ways for support of sustainable development of services sector in Ukraine. Research Methods: the general philosophical method of scientific knowledge (dialectics), the empirical methods (observation, comparison, description, measurement), the methods of theoretical research (formalization, methods of scientific abstractions and analogies, historical, logical method) and methods of general logical research (analysis, synthesis, generalization of best practices, legislation, financial analysis, statistical methods, modeling). The ways of support of innovative development of the service sector in Ukraine are proposed: the estimation was made and the provision of management and organizational support for economic and innovation security of domestic service industries enterprises was improved. In this research work were made the estimation of the development of services in various regions of Ukraine; opened the specificity of financial management in the service sector; proposed the methodology of the formation of mechanism of reimbursement for services of the non-productive sphere enterprises. In this work were specified the basic prerequisites for the transformation of the financial mechanism of pensions; made the estimation of the quality of services in the hospitality industry; defined the specificity of adaptation management of resort and recreational region in terms of integration into the EU; proposed the tools and methods to ensure of innovative development of transport enterprises of Ukraine. In this work were defined the specificity of the use of management systems in organizations of culture and art; improved theoretical and methodological bases of formation of a mechanism for coordinating educational services to regional development; proposed the ways of development of the economic and management education system in the post-industrial society; proved the importance of the formation of intangible assets in the knowledge economy. In this work were proved the specificity of the use of anti-crisis management system in the service industries enterprises; created the organizational-economic mechanism of economic security service businesses; proposed the ways of development of the marketing environment services sector.
