Purpose of the work - study the optimal geometry, operating parameters and analytical characteristics of atomizer "electrothermal graphite tube-graphite furnace-filter" with atomic absorption determination of lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), arsenic (As), selenium (Se) and nickel (Ni) in natural waters and certain foods, including the use of magnesium palladium (Pd-Mg) chemical modifier. As a result of optimized operating and structural parameters atomizer "graphite furnace-filter" (GFF), set its rate of heating when using atomizer "GRAPHITE", and invite relevant physical-mathematical model, which, unlike the current account of the contribution of heat transfer from the hot walls of the furnace through the bed a protective gas (argon) in GFF. It is shown that the use of graphite furnace-filter and Pd-Mg CM allows you to: - 2-3 times greater sensitivity of ET AAS determination of Pb, Cd, As, Se and Ni; - Increase the oven temperature ashing stage to 900-1000 ° C, and thereby improve the thermal pre-preparation of study materials; - Eliminate or significantly reduce the background absorption of light, as well as the influence of the main components of the objects of analysis on the results of the corresponding measurements.
